6. Ordering & Payments

  • Orders can be placed directly online through our secure checkout system.

  • Payments are processed via trusted gateways such as Razorpay / PayU.

  • Decospaa Interiors LLP reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing or stock inaccuracies, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

7. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices, discounts, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
In case of a pricing error, Decospaa Interiors LLP reserves the right to correct or cancel the order.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through reputed logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, and DTDC.

  • Delivery timelines vary by product, location, and stock availability.

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

  • International shipping may be introduced in the future, subject to separate terms.

9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage, reported within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence.

  • Customized, cut-to-size, or installed products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Approved returns will be replaced or refunded at the company’s discretion.

  • Refunds (if any) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

11. Warranty

Select products come with manufacturer warranties (for example, SPC Flooring – 10 years, Artificial Turf – 5 years).
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damages due to improper installation, maintenance, or natural wear & tear.

12. User Accounts

Registered customers are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
Decospaa Interiors LLP will not be liable for unauthorized access arising from your negligence in maintaining account confidentiality.
