2. Cancellation Policy
a. Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
To cancel, please contact us immediately at or +91 9822860005 with your order number.
b. After Dispatch:
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refusal to accept delivery will be treated as a cancellation after dispatch, and shipping + handling charges will be deducted from any applicable refund.
c. Company-Initiated Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing or stock errors, payment failure, or logistical constraints.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
3. Return Policy
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photo/video proof of damage or defect.
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
Customized or made-to-order products.
Cut-to-length flooring rolls, turf, or materials.
Products damaged due to improper installation, handling, or misuse.
Clearance or discounted sale items.
c. Return Process:
Email with your order details and reason for return.
Our support team will verify eligibility and provide return instructions.
The product must be shipped back in its original packaging within 5 working days of approval.
Once received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed.
4. Refunds
a. Mode of Refund:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Razorpay / PayU / Net Banking / UPI, etc.).
In the case of Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer after verification.
b. Timeline:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
In case of delays, you may contact us at for assistance.
c. Deductions:
Refunds will exclude original shipping and return courier costs unless the item was defective or wrongly delivered.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are offered only for the same product model in case of verified damage or defect.
Color or texture variation due to display settings or natural material differences does not qualify for exchange.
6. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:
Note the damage on the delivery receipt,
Take photos/videos immediately, and
Inform us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will coordinate with the logistics partner to resolve the issue promptly.
