We currently deliver across India to all major cities and serviceable pin codes.
Deliveries to remote or restricted areas are subject to the logistics partner’s coverage.
International deliveries will be introduced in future; customers outside India may contact us directly at for export orders.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days of confirmation.
Customized or bulk orders may take 7–10 working days for dispatch, depending on material availability.
Customers will receive an email or SMS update once the order is dispatched, along with a tracking link.

We ship through reputed and insured logistics companies such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, and India Post depending on the product type and destination.
6. Shipping Charges
Free shipping may apply on select products or order values, as displayed on the website.
For large or heavy items (e.g., turf rolls, SPC pallets, wall panels), freight charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery location during checkout.
For remote or out-of-service areas, additional surcharges may apply; our team will inform you before dispatch.
7. Tracking & Updates
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier name.
You can also track your order from the “My Orders” section of your account on our website.
In case tracking information is delayed, please allow up to 24 hours for the courier system to update.
8. Delivery Attempts & Acceptance
Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Re-dispatch of returned orders will incur additional shipping charges.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
9. Inspection on Delivery
Mention the issue on the delivery receipt.
Take clear photos or videos before opening the package.

If an order remains undelivered due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, return-to-origin (RTO) charges and re-shipping costs will apply.
