Technical Information
INSTALLATION METHOD:-
- Preparation: Cured asphalt floor surface is cleaned and made free of dust and foreign matter.
- Primer (undercoat) is applied on the surface to increase the retention of the material to be applied.
- After the primer application, a Resurface layer is applied to cover the pores on the floor.
- Three layers of Cushion (Powder SBR Mixture) are then applied to the floor to form an elastic layer.
- Two layers of Acrylic paint are applied on the created layer.
- Game-lines are drawn on the acrylic paint in accordance with the project and the field is made ready for use.
Maintenance and Warranty
MAINTENANCE:-
● Clean your court at least once in a month
● Checkout the performance of the drainage system
● Regularly try to remove dirt, accumulated standing water, leaving stains and piles of debris.
● To clean the court it requires frequent vacuuming and scrub gently with soft bristled brush.
WARRANTY: 1 YEAR FOR COLOR FADE
SUBBASE REQUIREMENTS: DRY, LEVELLED, NO DIRT OR GRITS, NO CRACKS, FIRM
