PU Sports Flooring is perfect for multi-purpose sports areas and high end gyms also where both colors and looks are important and also where technical details and toughness are critical factors. PU flooring is one of the best types of sports floors that are multi-functional. Polyurethane floor is constructed on site with multiple colors and multiple thicknesses available. There are two types of PU floorings one for an indoor and other for outdoor. The outdoor flooring has a specialized UV coating and has more dimensions stability due to the fiber glass layer. Some simple design patterns are possible.

INSTALLATION METHOD:

Rolling the Primer.
Mixing the Granules & PU binder.
Pave the SBR Layer.
Install the Seal Layer.
Polish the Seal Layer.
Clean the Seal Layer.
Mixing the Elastic Layer.

2nd Scrape the Elastic Layer.

Maintenance and Warranty

MAINTENANCE:-

DO'S:-

· The flooring needs to be cleaned regularly, depending on the amount of use it is exposed to.

· Cleaning can be done manually or with a common cleaning machine.

· Only neutral cleaners should be used as a detergent. It is recommended to use a water/detergent solution of 1: 30 (1 part detergent: 30 parts water).

· Heavy stains such as shoe marks or chewing gum can be removed with ammonia cleaners, acetone or polyurethane thinner. It is very important to only use a minimum amount of thinner to prevent discoloration.

· If thinner is used, wash floor thoroughly with a water/detergent solution.

· Always keep floor clear of heavy dirt and sand to prevent accelerated wearing of the top finish.

DONT'S:-

· Do not use any kind of waxes or other finishes. The appearance of the floor is supposed to be matt and could become polished if hard bristled cleaning equipment is used.

WARRANTY: 1 year for color fade
