Epdm track are size 15mm (9mmsbr +6mm Epdm). SBR Rubber Base layer are made with tyre recycled crumb which is mixed with polyurethane Binder .This base layer is for cushion purpose only and Top layer is pure EPDM granules which is made with "Ethylene propylene diene monomer" with color pigment. Granule standard size in 1-4 mm. EPDM granule have high weather and heat resistance properties mainly non-toxic product which is mixed with polyurethane Binder used in top layer
Natural rubber (EPDM) has excellent properties of high elastic insulation, waterproof, low specific gravity, after appropriate treatment with alkali, heat, cold, pressure. Its advanced partition design maximizes absorption and recovery of energy.

Technical Information
INSTALLATION METHOD:
1. Surface Preparation-This means removing all dirt, debris, grease, and other contaminants.
2. Pre-Installation Tasks-Keep sheets perfectly straight, and minimize the chances of bubbles or creases. The next step is to measure and mark the project area
3. Application of binder
4. Laying of rubber buffing
5. Design marking
6. Application of Epdm layer
Maintenance and Warranty
MAINTENANCE:-
DO'S:-
· Regular light pressure washing and brushing to remove fallen debris such as leaves and litter to prevent them from contaminating the area.
· Moss and algae treatments can also be applied as a preventative measure to stop contamination and maintain the porosity and safety of the surfacing.
DONT'S:-
· Don't allow any unsuitable activity to damage the surface (such as driving heavy vehicles across the surface unsupervised, leaving excessive loads on the track for extended periods, allowing athletes to undertake inappropriate activity or utilize unsuitable equipment).
· Do not permit sharp, hard objects such as bicycle stands, bench legs, stands, etc. to be placed on the track without proper protection.
WARRANTY: 1 year for color fade
SUBBASE REQUIREMENTS: DRY, LEVELLED, NO DIRT OR GRITS, NO CRACKS, FIRM

- Minus the area not covered by the track to be applied
