Wood Finishes protect the wooden surfaces from moisture and make its appearance richer and deeper. Wood finish is different than painting in a way that, painting hides the original wooden surface while Wood finishes improve the appearance of the surface. The term finish can also represent several coats of finish or an entire build-up of the coating.

Technical Information
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:
- Thinning ratio (by vol.) 10 – 20% Paints Mineral Turpentine
- Drying time at 30◦ C
- Surface Dry -2 ½ hours maximum
- Hard dry :-8 hours
- Re-coat able interval :-10 - 12 hours
- Characteristics -Highly flammable

INSTALLATION METHOD:
- Surface should be sound, dry, clean and free from oil or grease.
- Previously varnished wood work should be washed with detergent and whilst wet should be rubbed down with abrasive paper, rinsed, cleaned and allowed to dry.
- Defective varnish should be removed completely before painting.
- Surfaces painted with shellac or lacquer should be stripped back to bare wood
- On bare wood, apply three coats of polyurethane varnish for best results.
- Previously painted surfaces in good condition may need only one coat.
- Allow 10 – 12 hours drying between coats and sand paper slightly with No.
- ‘0’ sand paper between coats.
- Can be applied by brush or spray.
- If too thick to apply, thin down by adding 10% Asian Paints Mineral Turpentine.

Maintenance and Warranty
MAINTENANCE:-
- Clean the surface with a soft cloth dampened with a quality cleaner formulated for wood furniture.
- Wipe the surface in the direction of the wood grain to remove dirt and fingerprints.
- Wipe dry with a clean dry cloth.
- Apply a good quality furniture polish with a clean soft cloth.
WARRANTY: 1 year for color fade
SUB-BASE REQUIREMENTS: DRY, LEVELED, NO DIRT OR GRITS, NO CRACKS, FIRM
MEASUREMENT METHOD AND UNIT:
- You need to measure the area you are covering for painting
- Measuring the area is fairly easy if you have a square or rectangular shape, as you can easily measure two sides to obtain the square foot.
- AREA=LENGTH X BREADTH ,Consider 5% for wastage
