WPC is the abbreviation of Wood Plastic Composite. WPC board is a mixture of reclaimed wood, recycled plastic and a small amount of adhesive. The tiles are of the size 1 x 1ft, and are fitted onto a plastic grid base. These tiles are installed by interlocking the tiles. They can be used in outdoor and indoor applications.

PURPOSE:-
● To provide a flooring for outdoor areas , which can sustain sunlight and rain
APPLICATION AREAS:-
· Outdoor decks in areas of swimming pool, balcony, terrace, pathways and other open spaces.
· Can be used indoors as well.
Technical Information
Product: WPC (wood composite) decking tile
Thickness: 24mm (plastic base+ wpc tile), 11mm for wpc tile, 13mm for plastic base
Length * Width: 300mm*300mm for whole tile, 11mm*95mm for wpc tile

INSTALLATION METHOD:
· This are interlocking tiles and hence easy to install.
· There is no need for complicated construction process, saving installation time.

Maintenance and Warranty
MAINTENANCE:-
DO'S:-
· If your deck has accumulated dirt or debris on its surface, the best way to get rid of it is to spray it off using a hose, or to brush it off using a soft bristle broom.
· If you spill food, oil, or grease on your composite deck, you should remove the spills as quickly as possible and clean the area with warm soapy water.
· Always use dirt-free, clean water during cleaning. Ensure you frequently make a new cleaning solution to avoid reintroducing dirt to the tiled surface.
DONT'S:-
· It’s important to avoid letting the soapy water or cleaning agent sit and dry on the surface of the deck.
· While you can use a pressure washer to wash the surface of the deck, you should avoid using one higher than 1,500 psi, and never place the nozzle closer than 12” above the deck.
· Avoid using steel wool, scouring powders, or other abrasives
· Don’t use bleach or ammonia-based cleaners
· Don’t let spills sit, try to clean up spills as quickly as possible
· Don’t use bleach or any acidic solutions to clean your tiles: they may cause more harm than good.
WARRANTY: 1 year for color fade
SUBBASE REQUIREMENTS: DRY, LEVELLED, NO DIRT OR GRITS, NO CRACKS, FIRM
MEASUREMENT METHOD AND UNIT:
- Find the area
Length x Width = Area.
- Add 10% for wastage. Consider adding up to 30% for intricate designs and larger planks.
