PRODUCT BRIEF- HPL means High pressure laminate panel. High Pressure Laminate (HPL) panels are a form of cladding typically manufactured by layering sheets of wood or paper fiber with a resin and bonding them under heat and pressure. They sometimes include additional chemicals to provide fire retardant properties and are available in a wide range of colours and finishes. It is widely used for exterior as well as interior surfacing purposes in commercial properties. HPL cladding are manufactured by pressing and heating multiple layers of Kraft paper impregnated with thermosetting resins that have exceptional bonding strength

Technical Information
ACCESSORIES:
INSTALLATION METHOD:
- Align the compact laminate & fix the same on channel with the help of VHB channel & PU sealant. Apply pressure with a rubber roller or by hand. Kindly ensure proper alignment of panel before pressurized for bonding. Enough pressure should be applied so that both surfaces fully contact the tape.
- Fix other compact laminates in the same fashion & maintain a 3mm to 4mm gap between two compact laminates. Kindly note to achieve maximum bonding strength, minimum 24 hours is required for optimum curing after installation process.

Maintenance and Warranty
MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY
MAINTENANCE:-
- Try to clean the accumulated dirt with clear water.
- If the dirt remains, use a soft cloth with diluted solution of mild soap and clean water to wipe the dirt away. Use clear water again to reveal a clean surface.
- If the mild soap and clear water solution fail to clean the surface, then use isopropyl solution to clean the sheets.
- Don’t use acid base ,bleach based detergent to clean HPL sheets.
- Avoid cleaning HPL sheets by using Scouring agent and abrasive.
- To finish off clean water along with little pressure can be applied on the HPL panels
WARRANTY: 1 year for colour fade
SUBBASE REQUIREMENTS: DRY , LEVELLED, NO DIRT OR GRITS, NO CRACKS, FIRM
