INSTALLATION METHOD:
- Making the opening in perfect line and level
- In this step, plastering is done on the existing wall or column surface to create the perfect 90 degree joints. It is important to check the corners and they should be in perfect plumb. All the mullions and transoms are required to be fixed in perfect right angle, so this step is very important.
- Installation of sections
- Aluminum sections are installed in right angles as per panel sizes. It is recommended to avoid fixing transoms (horizontal members) at eye level as it may cut outside vision. Sections are powder coated or anodized depending on the budget. Once the sections are installed, site is ready for glass measurements
- Glass measurements and installations
- Measurements are taken as per site conditions and then glass panels are installed. From the safety point of view, it is recommended to use toughened glass.
- Apart from fixed panels, it is advised to have an adequate number of openable panels. This is helpful for facilitating natural ventilation. It is also useful to vent out exhausting fumes out of premises in case of a fire.
- Finally, care should be taken to avoid rain water entering the premises. This is done by fixing ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) coping on all sides of the opening. The coping should have slope outwords. Lastly, all corners should be sealed by silica Sealant.

MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY
MAINTENANCE:-
- Try to clean the accumulated dirt with clear water.
- Use a household glass cleaner or a vinegar solution on glass panels and wipe with paper coffee filter for streak free finish
- If the dirt remains, use a soft cloth with diluted solution of mild soap and clean water to wipe the dirt away. Use clear water again to reveal a clean surface..
- Don’t use acid base ,bleach based detergent to clean the sheet.
- Proper drainage is required.
WARRANTY: 1 year for colour fade
