INSTALLATION METHOD:
- There are 2 methods to install Facades cladding
- Wet Sealant Joint
- This is one of the most common methods of installing the facades cladding. The system has tray type panels and sealing joints. The sheet, under this system, is first fixed on the sub-structure. Then a suitable sealing material is applied to the joints. This ensures water tightness to the panels. The Wet Sealant Joint method of installing the cladding is used in new buildings as well as for renovation projects.
- Hanging Method
- Another installation method is the hanging method. As the name specifies, the panels under this method are not tightly fastened but simply hung from the sub-frame. This installation method is quite simple and takes much lesser time. The panels get adequate space to expand and contract as per the season.

Maintenance and Warranty
MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY
MAINTENANCE:-
- Try to clean the accumulated dirt with clear water.
- If the dirt remains, use a soft cloth with diluted solution of mild soap and clean water to wipe the dirt away. Use clear water again to reveal a clean surface.
- If the mild soap and clear water solution fail to clean the surface, then use isopropyl solution to clean the ACP sheets.
- Don’t use acid base ,bleach based detergent to clean ACP sheets.
- Avoid cleaning ACP sheets by using a Scouring agent and abrasive.
- To finish off clean water along with little pressure can be applied on the acp panels
WARRANTY: 1 year for colour fade
SUBBASE REQUIREMENTS: DRY , LEVELLED, NO DIRT OR GRITS, NO CRACKS, FIRM
