INSTALLATION METHOD:
- PVC Wall Panels are usually mounted vertically i.e. from floor to ceiling, but panels can also be fitted horizontally, especially if the shape of the area makes this a better choice.
- Cutting the PVC Wall Panels to required measurements.
- Nailing the PVC Wall Panels for reliability
- Fixing PVC Wall Panels with screws
- Stapling as another alternate for nails and screws
- Gluing PVC Panels to walls as the most preferred method
Maintenance and Warranty
MAINTENANCE:-
- Use smooth brush/soft cloth or vacuum cleaner for any type of dust or dirt particles. Ensure to clean in one direction only.
- Use fresh good quality cleaner for removing pen marks or smudges.
- Use volatile solvent based cleaner for oil based stains.
WARRANTY: 1 year for color fade
SUB-BASE REQUIREMENTS: DRY, LEVELED, NO DIRT OR GRITS, NO CRACKS, FIRM
MEASUREMENT METHOD AND UNIT:
- You need to measure the area you are covering.
- Measuring the area is fairly easy if you have a square or rectangular wall, as you can easily measure two sides to obtain the square foot.
- AREA=LENGTH X BREADTH ,Consider 5% for wastage
