POP false ceilings are made of POP powder. The POP powder is applied on chicken net that provides mechanical strength. The POP powder is mixed with water onsite and then applied on the mesh that is attached to local metal framing system; there is a high chance of wastage during this process. Once dried (over a month’s time), it creates a POP false ceiling. A POP false ceiling is not only time consuming but also messy, dusty and gives an unpolished feel

PURPOSE:-
- It provides a smooth homogeneous surface to the roof.

- False ceiling helps in acoustical treatment.
- It conceals all the non-pleasing elements and hides it from the viewer’s eyes.
- It also hides the pipelines and the electrical cables running in the room. All the ducts of air-conditioning can be hidden under it.

INSTALLATION METHOD:
- Fixing the framework directly to the beams or plaster ceiling.
- Fixing a suspended framework to a plastered ceiling.
- Fixing vertical struts to the supports
- Apply the insulation
- Fix the first row of ceiling panels
- Cutting panels to length.
- Edging profile.
INSTALLATION MATERIALS:

- Calcium Silicate Ceiling Board 8 MM
- Metal Fastener. Self-Thread Screw C SK 1" Metal Bolt.

Maintenance and Warranty
MAINTENANCE:-
DOS
- Ensure to clean in one direction only.
- Use a cloth duster or a feather duster.
- A vacuum cleaner is also a great option to clean the dust from false ceilings.
DON’TS
- Do not use dish-washing or laundry detergents
- Do not wet filling
WARRANTY: 1 year for color fade
