Technical Information

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:

Panel: 150 mm wide X 15 mm deep roll formed out of 0.5 mm thick aluminum or steel. These panels are available with or without perforations.

Carrier: 32 mm wide x 39 mm deep made out of 0.9 mm thick aluminum 0.6 mm thick steel, coated on both sides to hold the panels in a module of 150 mm. Carriers to be spaced at 1.5 meter c/c without insulation & 1.3 meter c/c with insulation.

INSTALLATION METHOD:

When you’d rather use a drop ceiling, you can get metal tiles that easily fit in a 24” standard grid (along with extra crossbars if the grid is 24” by 48”), or else you can get a grid straight from a metal tile company like Metal Ceiling Express which is color-matched to the tile finish you selected.
Once you install the grid as per instructions provided, you simply drop-in the metal tiles (hence the name drop-in tiles).

Maintenance and Warranty

Do’s

Use only clean water, if necessary with low additive of neutral or slightly alkaline detergent.
With the help of soft, non-abrasive cloths, a mechanical cleaning effect can additionally be achieved. Strong rubbing is to be avoided.
Use only soft cloths or industrial cotton for cleaning.
The removal of greasy, oily or sooty substances can be carried out with aromatic free petrol based hydrocarbons.

Don’ts

Do not use steam or high pressure cleaners.
Do not use coarse, abrasive products.
Do not use acidic or strongly alkaline detergents
Do not use organic solvents containing esters, ketones, alcohols, aromatics, glycol ether, hydrocarbons or similar.
Do not use detergents of unknown composition.

WARRANTY: 1 year for color fade

SUB-BASE REQUIREMENTS: DRY, LEVELED, NO DIRT OR GRITS, NO CRACKS, FIRM

MEASUREMENT METHOD AND UNIT:

You need to measure the area you are covering.
Measuring the area is fairly easy if you have a square or rectangular ground, as you can easily measure two sides to obtain the square foot.
AREA=LENGTH X BREADTH ,Consider 5% for wastage
